Homestay rates Napindan Castle: Each room at Napindan Castle Homestay is private. Each is equipped with an generous sized bed, an room air conditioner, a wardrobe for hanging and storing clothes. Two rooms have private ensuite washroom. On the second floor, two rooms share a washroom, and on the third floor, three rooms share a washroom. There is a chair and small desk in each room. The whole house has wireless high-speed internet. The lounge area on the ground floor has a telephone that may be used by residents. The lounge also houses the television.
Monthly Rates:
- Private room with shared washroom: US$650 – 27,000 php.
- Private room with ensuite washroom: US$775 – 33,000 php.

Total bedrooms is six doubles. Can accommodate 12 adults. The rate is $150 per night, for a minimum of 2 nights. This is rental of the bedrooms, without food. Only possible if we have no other guests at the time. Napindan Castle is located near where the new C6 highway crosses the Pasig River at Laguna Lake. I’m not sure where your army base is.
